Cadets are the most valuable resource to an organization such as ours, as they contribute substantially to the success of our organization. Unfortunately, cadets can fall ill, become injured, or get pulled out of cadet activities to attend to personal matters.

Taken individually, these disruptions can be seen as a minor annoyance. Taken as a whole, cadet absences can have a significant impact on an organization’s productivity and costs.

To lessen the impact, our organization must establish clear policies and procedures about cadet activity absence and ensure the cadets and their families are familiar with these rules.
