The 211 Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron delivers youth programming to help them build aviation, citizenship, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Welcome to the Air Cadet Squadron!

We are excited to have you and your cadet join our team. To ensure a positive and successful experience, please review the following guidelines:

Age Requirements: 12 to 19 years old

Meeting Location: 710 Broadview Avenue (Notre Dame HighSchool)

Training: Regular training sessions will be held at our designated location.

Cadet Selection: Cadets who demonstrate exceptional attendance, maturity, and commitment may be selected for advanced training opportunities.

Summer Training: Selected cadets may have the opportunity to attend a Cadet Training Center (CTC) for 4-6 weeks. This training may take place within or outside of the province.

Specialized Training Programs:

  • Survival Camp: A 4-week intensive survival training program.
  • Advanced Aviation: For cadets who have completed basic aviation training.
  • Gliding: Requires cadets to be at least 16 years old before starting the program.
  • Power Aviation: Requires cadets to be at least 16 years old before starting the program.

Please note that participation in these specialized training programs is subject to availability and individual cadet suitability.
