1. What: *CO’s Parade

Where: Notre-Dame-High school (710 Broadview avenue)

Who: All cadets

When: October 5th 2022 from 1815-2130

Dress: C1 (tunic, tie, medals) or white shirt and black pants

More information: 

  • Parents are invited to the CO’s parade which begins at 2000 hrs
  • You need to wear outdoor shoes with your parade boots IN HAND to change into. We cannot bring outside dirt and debris into the gym


  1. What: Annual Validation Forms

Where: Notre Dame High School

Who: All returning cadets 

When: October 5th 

More information: All returning cadets need to bring at least 1 parent to sign the annual validations forms at some point during the night. This is needed to do any activities in the squadron. 

  1. From Supply:

If you have things that don’t fit or are too small, return them to supply ensuring they are in neat condition and clean.

Cadets that need uniform parts, either for fit or because they’re missing pieces must fill out this uniform survey (https://forms.office.com/r/dM1rCtfnF4). This is used to see what your measurements are/what you need from supply. Follow the instructions carefully and get help while measuring yourself.

Badges: cadets missing badges should request them through the cadet chain of command.

Flight commanders: compile a list of any missing badges and send the list to Supply each week (delegating to your deputy flight commanders as appropriate.)


  1. What: Marksmanship day 

Where: Connaught (1 Lewis Gun Rd)

Who: All cadets (mandatory)

When: October 16th at 0900 – 1600 hrs

More information: 

  • Parents are to drive their cadet to the location
  • Cadets must bring their own cold lunch as one will not be provided 
  1. Cadets intending to apply for the Glider or Power Pilot Course must complete the National Online Ground School Program. You must sign up with OCdt Brassard at 211aviation@cadets.gc.ca NLT 14 Oct.
  1. What: Biathlon 

Where: TBD

Who: All interested cadets

When: October 8th


  1. If you are interested in joining band this year Email Lt(N) Morris (*amanda.morris@cadets.gc.ca*) no later than September 29th your top 2 instrument requests that you would like to play.


You must also say if you have played the instruments you are requesting; if you have played how many months/years and did you take lessons, play in school or both? If you haven’t played an instrument before you can still join band! Band will start later this year on Friday nights please keep this in mind if you are requesting an instrument.

Who: All interested cadets 

When: All Fridays starting on October 21 timings 1900 – 2200
