Cadets Fly In Helicopters

Top Cadet Sophia Stocki being rewarded for her achievements with a helicopter flight

Walking Out To The Helipad

The “Top Cadets” of Basic Training Camp were rewarded with a flight in a Canadian Forces CH-146 Griffon helicopter.  The cadets were thrilled flying over the base and looking down seeing other cadets waving up at them.

“It was so amazing!” exclaimed Cpl Stocki.  “We flew around the base and over the lake and you could see the glistening of the sun on the water as we flew over.  I want to fly helicopters.  It was the best thing ever!”

Flying in helicopters is one of the things Air Cadets can do.
